Q: When are the check-in and check-out times?
A: The usual arrival time is between 3pm and 7pm. The departure time is scheduled for 10 a.m.
Understandably, our guests often want to arrive particularly early and leave particularly late. If we do not have a follow-up booking and it is possible in terms of staff, we will be happy to accommodate your wishes as far as possible. A late check-out until 12:30 p.m. can be booked for a surcharge if available.
Since we do not have a permanently manned reception, we ask that you inform us of your arrival time in good time so that we can be present personally to hand over the keys.
Q: Are towels, bed linen, tea towels, hair dryer provided?
A: Yes, all booked beds are made and a set of towels is provided for each registered guest. For longer stays, we offer a change of towels and bed linen on request. Tea towels in the kitchen and a hair dryer in the bathroom are also part of the basic equipment.
Q: What are the basic supplies of food and consumables?
A: Upon arrival, you will have some coffee, filter bags, sugar, salt, pepper, kitchen rolls and toilet paper at your disposal. For additional requirements, the principle of self-sufficiency applies. You can get supplies in the Edeka market in Wölfel (market place) or in the REWE market (Am Schönfeld, open Mon-Sat from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.). You will find everything you need for your daily needs in various shops on the market square: bakers, butchers, stationery shops, banks, ...
Q: Where can I find an iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, etc.?
A: In Apartments XL, L and M, everything is in the apartments. For the apartments M plus and S plus you will find the items in the storage room on the ground floor. Please contact us if necessary.

Q: What are the terms of payment?
A: The booking is due after receipt of a deposit of 50% of the travel price.

A: Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: You can cancel free of charge up to 31 days before departure. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you are well protected in the event of cancellation within the last 30 days before your arrival due to illness, accident or unemployment, but also during the trip, e.g. in the event of trip interruption, car breakdown, damage to furniture or loss of keys low price, e.g. with our partner ERGO Reiseversicherung:Make provisions now and take out travel insurance >>
We would like to point out that after the free cancellation period has expired, we do not offer any refunds due to events that can be covered by the ERGO travel cancellation insurance.

Q: As a train traveler, how do I get to the apartment house?
A: The train station is only about 500m away, but the ascent from the train station to our apartment house is very steep. If you tell us the arrival time of your train, we will try to organize a pick-up for you.
Q: Is there storage for bicycles/motorcycles?

A: Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Q: Is there insect protection?
A: Yes, all bedrooms and other relevant rooms have at least one screened window.
Q: Do the outlets have child safety locks?
A: Yes, all sockets in all apartments are equipped with child protection.
Q: Is grilling possible?
A: The communal garden is available for your own barbecue.
Q: How do the six apartments differ in terms of equipment and comfort?
A: Apartment XL (125 sqm) offers 2 separate shower rooms and 2 separate toilets as well as wipeable floors in all rooms. Washing machine and dryer are available in the bathroom. Through the large east-facing windows you can take a look at the historic old town.
In
Apartment L
you will find a washbasin in every bedroom, so that the queue in the bathroom to brush your teeth is shortened. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, 2 separate toilets. Apartment L (160sqm) is carpeted. Own terrace. All-round green view or view of the historic old town.
Apartment M plus (90sqm) consists of a large living-dining area, 2 double rooms with single beds, 1 single room and shower/toilet with washing machine.
In
Apartment M
(97sqm) you have a house to yourself, so to speak. 2 bedrooms with double beds and TV, 1 living room with sofa bed and TV, 1 fully equipped kitchen and shower/toilet with washing machine and dryer. Small private terrace. Carpet is also laid out in Apartment M. On school days, school bus traffic on the window side can be expected from around 7 a.m.
Apartment S (40sqm) is, like all other apartments, of high quality and modern. Wipeable floor is also laid here. The view from Apartment S is limited to the courtyard/parking lot. Living area with dining and desk as well as sofa and TV, pantry kitchen and sleeping area (1 double bed) merge into one another. The window in the kitchen area is only suitable for ventilation purposes in the tilted position.
