House rule
The house rules clarify the duties of safety, mutual consideration and cleanliness that apply to all residents of the house.
If you miss something in our accommodation, there is a need for improvement or if we can be of any help to you, please contact us. We're here to help.
Please treat the facility with care. So the next guests will also feel comfortable with us.
If there is any damage to the facility, please let us know. Inform us at the latest upon departure. In most cases, these matters can be solved quickly and easily, if necessary via liability insurance.
The guest is responsible for all facilities belonging to the rental property and the community facilities as part of his duty of care for third-party rented property and is therefore obliged to pay for all damage and excessive wear and tear caused by him or his fellow travelers that may occur during his stay in and on Rental property arise.
In the case of group arrivals, the host must be informed of the group management responsible for compliance with the house rules.
Please also point out these house rules to fellow travelers.
1. General
All relevant regulations on environmental protection, accident prevention and fire protection must be observed.
2. Check-In / Check-Out / Handover
Please note the arrival time is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. and the check-out time on the day of departure is 10 a.m. On the day of departure, the guest will hand over the rented property to the host in a swept clean condition by 10 a.m. at the latest.
3. Amenities
A basic set of consumables is provided upon your arrival. You can leave towels and bed linen at home. Initial supplies of coffee powder, garbage bags, washing-up liquid, paper towels, cleaning products and toilet paper are available. In addition, the principle of self-sufficiency applies. Parking spaces are directly in front of the house.
4. The kitchen
Please handle the kitchen and kitchen appliances with care. Please only put crockery, pots and cutlery in the kitchen cupboards if they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots on the table or shelf without a saucer and please always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. The kitchen worktop must not be used as a cutting mat. Please wipe the microwave and oven with a damp cloth after each use.
If you would like to use the oven, we will provide you with trays and grillage for a deposit of €50. The deposit for the clean oven will be returned to you upon departure. We provide baking paper and oven cleaner at no extra charge. The oven may only be used with baking paper.
When using the microwave, please use the existing cover.
No rubbish, leftover food, grease or other harmful liquids may be poured down the drain. Please wash dishes, cutlery, pots and pans before departure. So the next guests will always find clean kitchen utensils.
Please dispose of all groceries before departure.
Please leave the kitchen as you would like to find it on your next visit.
5. The bath
Please open the windows for 15 minutes after showering.
Turn off the heating during this time.
Please do not dispose of leftovers in the toilet, shower or sink. Use the garbage cans provided instead.
We ask you not to throw pads and tampons in our toilets, as this can usually lead to blockages in our house plumbing systems. We expressly reserve the right to claim damages if this instruction is disregarded and our company suffers damage as a result.
6. Staircase, corridors, house entrances, escape and rescue routes, etc.
... must remain free at all times. The keeping and also the short-term parking and storage of clothing, shoes, umbrellas, children's toys, bicycles, flower pots, waste, food, drinks, boxes, in the stairwell or basement, on common areas, etc. is prohibited. Strollers may be parked in a suitable place in the hallway if other residents are not unreasonably hindered.
7. Cleaning
The final cleaning fee includes the washing of bed linen and towels and, as the name suggests, the final cleaning of the apartment.
The guest is responsible for the basic cleaning during the stay and for handing over the swept clean upon departure. The host provides the necessary equipment. The clean handover includes in particular the disposal of the garbage in the garbage garage in the yard. Waste separation (see below) must be observed. In addition, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery should be handed over clean upon departure.
8. Waste sorting
Please separate the rubbish into the containers provided in the apartments and note the clear labeling and illustrations. There is a garage in the parking lot with separate bins for paper, plastic, organic and residual waste, as well as boxes for used glass if larger amounts of waste are generated. We can provide separate diaper pails for babies on request.
9. Heating / ventilation
Please do not overheat the rooms and please ventilate the rooms for at least 10 minutes every day. Turn off the heating when the window is open and when you will be away for several hours.
10. Rest Periods
Every resident has the right to live without being disturbed by noise and smells. For this reason, radios, televisions, computers, mobile phones, etc. should only be operated at room volume at all times of the day (not after 10 p.m.) so that the devices cannot be heard in other rooms.
From 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. absolute nighttime silence must be observed in the outdoor area and garden.
There is no right to celebrate loudly in the house or on the property, to use music systems or to sing/make music.
If possible, showers should not be used between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.; it must always be done with the utmost consideration for the neighbors.
The use of washing machines, vacuum cleaners, etc. and other activities that cause noise or vibration are to be restricted to the time from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (with the exception of the period from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.). Disturbances are to be reduced to the lowest possible level.
Otherwise, any disturbing noise, in particular loud slamming of doors, noisy stair climbing, loud shouting, quarreling, etc., is to be avoided.
11. Smoking
... is not permitted in the apartments. In the event of violations, the host can charge a cleaning fee of up to €100.00 (net). Smoking outdoors is expressly only permitted in the designated smoking areas with the ashtrays provided. Under no circumstances may cigarette butts be thrown onto the property – not even onto the neighboring property. Bringing illegal intoxicants and weapons is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate banning.
12. Pets
Dogs and other pets are not allowed.
13. Garden / outdoor area
In the garden there are seating, sun loungers, parasols and play equipment for free use. Please put the items back in their place after use.
Barbecuing in the garden or on balconies is only permitted after consultation with the host and if nuisance to flatmates and property neighbors etc. is ruled out. Grill and grill accessories are to be brought by the guest.
Setting off fireworks on the property is not permitted. When using table fireworks and other party accessories, the guest is obliged to remove the waste.
On the property, unnecessary engine noise, avoidable exhaust emissions and audible car radio music outside the vehicle are prohibited.
14. The front doors
... are always to be closed. Windows are to be fixed and closed at night and also in stormy and rainy weather. Please close all windows and front doors before leaving the property. In the event of burglary or theft, we assume no liability. Also make sure that all lights and the stove and oven are turned off.
15. Key
As a guest, you will receive at least one key from us. Losing a key requires replacing the entire one
locking system. The polluter bears the costs for this.
16. Miscellaneous
Please do not reprogram devices such as the TV.
Non-reported persons are not permitted to stay overnight at the property.
Do not carry furniture, crockery and other interior items to other apartments or outside. Please remove dirty shoes before entering the property.
No corrosive or paint-dissolving agents (e.g. nitro thinner, petrol, etc.) may be used to clean floors, doors, shower cubicles and tubs, washbasins and sinks, toilet bowls, etc. The use of hydrochloric acid or scouring sand is prohibited.
In serious cases, violations of these house rules will lead to the immediate termination of the guest accommodation contract without any reimbursement of costs.
